Tupelo Samples

Established in 1998, Tupelo Samples is one of the most recent Mississippi-based, female-owned companies to be accepted into membership in the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Tupelo Samples produces fabric and leather swatches for America’s leading furniture manufacturers of upholstered and leather furniture. We create the swatches in-house from client-supplied materials, inventory the finished swatches, and provide fulfillment for our clients with daily shipments via UPS, Fed-Ex and DHL , both ground and air, based on our customers’ needs. Our facilities allow us to maintain customer inventories which are kept current on a daily basis.

Housed in a modern 25,000 square foot facility with opportunity for continued expansion, Tupelo Samples manufactures the swatch samples you would find in retail furniture stores. With a staff of approximately 30, Tupelo Samples’ has 20-plus years experience in fabric samples and more than 10 years of experience in leather. Equipment includes 32 sewing machines, three grommet machines, five die-cutting machines, one Radix programmable die cutting machine, and three spreading/cutting tables. During peak operations we are capable of producing 9,000 13″ x 18″ swatches a day, maintaining a 10-day or less turn-around on swatches for all customers.

Tupelo Samples’ extensive sewing experience allows us to provide excellent repair on manufacturing mistakes. We can repair seams, replace buttons, re-hem, change labels, or redo any production errors. In addition our staff can repack or reprocess your company materials or parts as well as assemble and package your projects.
